The problem
You're the one who gets blamed when the wiki is wrong.
Past a few hundred people, nobody can keep every page current. Pages get written once and never opened again.
You can't read 5,000 pages to find the handful that lie.
Someone follows an old page and loses an afternoon.
They searched, found it, trusted it. It was wrong. Now it's your problem.
Two teams documented the same process two different ways.
Both pages rank in search. Nobody knows which one is right. Both stay up.
Your AI assistant reads those same pages and confidently repeats what's wrong.
You just rolled out Confluence AI. It's now a hallucination machine powered by your stale docs.
People stop trusting Confluence and start keeping copies in Slack.
The knowledge base you're responsible for slowly turns into a graveyard. The real docs live in DMs.
What you get
Concrete outcomes. Concrete mechanism. No magic.
Every contradiction in one place.
One report. All the pages that disagree, side by side, conflicting passages highlighted. No hunting through spaces.

Which page is right — not just which is old.
WikiFix reads the content, finds genuine contradictions, and tells you which version is current — with the reasoning.
Fix it in one click.
Each finding comes with the fix already written. Click "this one's correct" and WikiFix updates the wrong page. You're the author in the page history.
Or hand it to the owner.
Not your page to change? Click Notify. WikiFix leaves an inline comment with the suggested fix and @mentions the last editor and space admins.
Revert any fix in 1 click. At any time.
Approve fixes the way you trust git revert. If a change turns out wrong, undo it in one click — the page goes back exactly as it was. No changes happen without your explicit approval. Ever.
Read-only until you say otherwise.
WikiFix reads to find problems. It writes nothing until you approve a specific fix. Your docs are indexed in AWS EU — never stored, never shared.
More finding types coming.
v2v1 catches cross-page contradictions. Next up: fact-checking against connected sources of truth like GitHub — so your docs stay in sync with your actual code.

Security
Your docs never leave Atlassian. We process them in our AWS EU region — and don't store them.
Confluence holds your most sensitive internal knowledge. WikiFix is built so that page text is indexed in AWS Frankfurt only — to find contradictions — and then discarded. Nothing egresses to third parties.
Read-only by default.
WikiFix writes nothing until you approve a specific fix. Minimum-necessary Forge scopes only.
Indexed in AWS EU. Never stored.
Your docs are processed in AWS Frankfurt (eu-central-1) only. We index them to find contradictions — we don't store your page content. Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
No training on your data.
AI inference via AWS Bedrock (Anthropic Claude). Per Bedrock terms, Anthropic has no access to prompts or completions. Your content is never used to train any model.
Inspect it yourself.
WikiFix runs on Atlassian Forge with read-only scopes. The manifest is public — read it before you install.
No SOC 2 or other attestations today — and here's why.
The audit alone costs $15,000+, and we won't burn pre-revenue cash on it before it serves customers. We'll engage an auditor once revenue justifies it. If your procurement requires SOC 2 today, we're not the right fit yet — and we'd rather tell you now than waste your time.
